Back to team Dr. Francis Ntimba Associate Medical Director Contact “It’s natural for people to be skeptical about talking to a person on a screen, so I’m always looking for ways to put them at ease. I want patients and their families to feel just as comfortable with me as their on-site physician.” Dr. Ntimba is board-certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Disease, Critical Care Medicine, and Neurocritical Care. Dr. Ntimba was attending in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine at Beth Israel Medicine Center and is now a practicing intensivist. Additionally, he was an instructor of medicine at Albert Einstein College of Medicine of Yeshiva University prior to joining AICU. As a seasoned physician educator, Ntimba is an expert in tele-ICU implementation, workflow design and collaboration. Dr. Ntimba completed his Critical Care Medicine fellowship at Beth Israel Medicine Center, Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York, New York. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital Center. Dr. Ntimba received his medical degree from Makerere University Medical School in Kampala, Uganda.
