Advanced ICU Care COVID-19 Tracker

Advanced ICU Care is partnered with approximately 100 hospitals in 27 states. We thought it might be interesting to share some aggregated data on the COVID-19 suspected/COVID-19 positive patients in our aggregate census.

We saw our initial COVID-19 suspected patient in February. During the month of March, the number of COVID-19 suspected patients in our census increased materially. This tracker picks up day to day changes in census and % vented patients effective the third week of March and continues forward.

Mortlaity 7.9

COVID-19 hospital mortality rate has steadily decreased and as of the last two weeks of June is ~60% lower than in the first half of April.

Please note that our clients are not perfectly balanced regionally and this is not intended as any extrapolated proxy for national trends. Rather, this tracker is simply one additional data set from one organization that may be helpful among the broad mix of data used to discern current developments and trajectories of COVID-19.
